We want to find the best tenants for every individual property, not just fill it with the first applicant available. 

Our small, experienced team will meet with you, discuss matters and ensure you receive a bespoke service tailored to your needs.

We are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and transparency in all of our dealings. We treat our clients, partners, and employees with respect and fairness.

We are great value, but never the cheapest - we find with lower priced agents landlords become numbers rather than people, and we cannot abide that. 

Our services are bespoke. Some agents offer two options (generally either managed or non-managed) but some only offer one! Not us....

J&D will discuss all your needs and work accordingly. Our prices therefore vary, so please talk to us personally and tell us your requirements.

We are proud to be a member of the NRLA - they are an association that was set up to benefit landlords nationwide. We utilise their documentation to ensure that every party within an agreement is treated fairly, whilst firmly looking after the needs of our landlords.
